HBCH Heavy Oil Conversion Catalyst

The HBCH catalyst uses composite alumina as a binder and composite molecular sieves as the active component. It features moderate acidity, excellent abrasion resistance, strong resistance to heavy-metal contamination, and high capability for heavy-oil conversion. This catalyst is particularly suitable for catalytic cracking units processing heavy oils with relatively high residue content and inferior feedstock quality.

HBCL Low-Coke High-Yield Catalyst

The HBCL catalyst support is a modified acidic material. By tuning the acid strength and distribution of acidic sites in the support material, and using ultra-stable molecular sieves as the active component, this catalyst effectively reduces coking propensity while maintaining its cracking performance. As a result, it achieves high yields of target products such as liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, and diesel, while minimizing the yields of byproducts like coke and dry gas.

HBAO Octane Enhancer

The HBAO octane-enhancing additive is a semi-synthetic heavy oil catalytic cracking co-catalyst whose active component is a modified composite molecular sieve and whose binder is a composite aluminum compound.

HBAP Low-Carbon Olefin Additive

The HBAP additive is a next-generation, high-yield, low-carbon olefin-enhancing agent prepared using modified ZSM-5 molecular sieves as the active component and modified low-activity matrix materials. By means of pore cleaning, acidity modulation, and metal modification, the activity and stability of the ZSM-5 molecular sieve are significantly improved, leading to a substantial increase in propylene selectivity.
