HBCL Low-Coke High-Yield Catalyst

The HBCL catalyst support is a modified acidic material. By tuning the acid strength and distribution of acidic sites in the support material, and using ultra-stable molecular sieves as the active component, this catalyst effectively reduces coking propensity while maintaining its cracking performance. As a result, it achieves high yields of target products such as liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, and diesel, while minimizing the yields of byproducts like coke and dry gas.

Product Features

The HBCL catalyst support is a modified acidic material. By tuning the acid strength and distribution of acidic sites in the support material, and using ultra-stable molecular sieves as the active component, this catalyst effectively reduces coking propensity while maintaining its cracking performance. As a result, it achieves high yields of target products such as liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, and diesel, while minimizing the yields of byproducts like coke and dry gas.

According to the evaluation results of the ACE unit, compared with conventional heavy oil catalytic cracking catalysts, the HBCL catalyst achieved a 1.2 percentage-point reduction in coke yield and a 1.26 percentage-point increase in light oil yield at comparable conversion rates.
