The HBAP additive is a next-generation, high-yield, low-carbon olefin-enhancing agent prepared using modified ZSM-5 molecular sieves as the active component and modified, low-activity matrix materials. By means of pore-cleaning, acidity modulation, and metal modification, the activity and stability of the ZSM-5 molecular sieve are significantly improved, leading to a substantial increase in propylene selectivity. The modified matrix ensures that the co-catalyst participates as little as possible in the cracking of heavy oils, thereby reducing coke formation and deactivation of the additive. This additive exhibits excellent stability and strong cracking capability for olefins in gasoline, enabling a significant reduction in gasoline olefin content while simultaneously boosting the yield of low-carbon olefins such as propylene.
As the dosage of the HBAP additive increases, the yields of liquefied petroleum gas and propylene show a clear upward trend. The propylene concentration in the liquefied petroleum gas (propylene selectivity) also increases significantly. Meanwhile, the octane number of gasoline rises with the increasing dosage of the additive.
