Scope of Work
The scope of engineering design is mainly divided into a wastewater treatment and exhaust gas control system and a tank area exhaust gas control system. The specific systems include:
1. Based on the structure of the facility, scientifically and reasonably design the covering and collection method, and determine the air volume required for exhaust gas treatment.
2. Based on the determined air volume and source strength, scientifically and reasonably provide the design parameters for the exhaust gas purification project.
3. Select appropriate countermeasures for exhaust gas control and related purification equipment based on the characteristics of the exhaust gas.
4. Offer constructive and rational suggestions to the construction entity.
5. Undertake the design and integration of exhaust gas treatment systems, including system piping design, system process design, electrical system design, and more.
Overall, the scope of the engineering design includes: covering and sealing the sewage ponds, collecting and purifying exhaust gases, designing auxiliary facility systems and electrical control systems, as well as the pipeline system for the tank area.
After all technical documentation has been approved by the construction entity, the environmental protection company will provide end-to-end environmental engineering services, specifically including:
1. Scope of Supply: Provide a complete odor-control system comprising a closed-covering system, an exhaust gas conveyance system, and an exhaust gas purification system, including fully functional equipment and all components necessary for its effective operation.
2. Installation scope: Includes installation of gas collection and containment hoods, exhaust gas conveyance pipelines, atomized spray scrubbing systems, photocatalytic exhaust gas purifiers, fans, pumps, exhaust stacks, regulating valves, flame arrestors, electrical equipment, and other related devices.
3. Commissioning, Inspection, and Trial Operation: This includes individual equipment commissioning for the exhaust gas treatment system as well as comprehensive system functional commissioning. After the overall commissioning is completed, we will coordinate with the construction team.
The unit shall conduct thorough effectiveness assessments and be responsible for warranty-period maintenance, training of relevant technical operators, as well as completion and handover services.
