Baojun Chemical Company’s products are dedicated to the petrochemical industry, with a production capacity of 3,000 tons per year each for acidic catalytic materials, molecular sieve materials, and catalytic cracking catalysts (additives).
1. Acidic materials, primarily used in the preparation of hydrogenation and catalytic cracking catalysts, are engineered by controlling the acid strength and acid distribution on the catalyst support to minimize coke formation, thereby extending the catalyst's lifespan and reducing costs.
2. Catalytic cracking catalyst, used for the catalytic cracking of heavy oil to increase propylene production and generate high-octane gasoline.
3. Molecular sieve series (including ZSM-5 molecular sieves with varying silica-to-alumina ratios ranging from 20 to entirely silica-based, Y-type molecular sieves, and β molecular sieves).
Leveraging the strong technological strengths of China University of Petroleum, the company serves as a pilot-scale and production base within the State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil at the School of Chemical Engineering of China University of Petroleum.
