Product Description

1 Channel: A one-dimensional 10-element non-crossing elliptical channel along the C-axis, with an aperture of 0.39 × 0.64.

2. The BET surface area ranges from 180 to 2500 m²/g, and the framework is primarily composed of silicon-, aluminum-, and phosphorus-based tetrahedra interwoven with each other.

3. The micropore volume is approximately 0.18–0.25 cm³/g.

Applications: SAPO-11 exhibits mild acidity and a unique pore structure, making it suitable for the preparation of highly active and highly selective catalysts for reactions such as isomerization of n-butene and hydroisomerization of long-chain normal alkanes. It can also be used in catalytic cracking to enhance gasoline octane numbers, as well as in the preparation of catalysts for hydroisomerization and dewaxing of lubricating oils to lower their pour points. Furthermore, SAPO-11 finds applications in reactions including the conversion of low-carbon olefins into gasoline-range products, the conversion of syngas into gasoline components with carbon numbers C5 and above, and the alkylation of branched aromatic hydrocarbons.
